APPOINTMENTS

The practice uses an appointment system in an effort to ensure patients have the opportunity to book appointments:

-On the day

-48 hours in advance

-Up to 4 weeks in advance

It may not always be possible to see the doctor of your choice, but please be re-assured that as a large group practice all the medical staff have access to your records, and work to the same guidelines regarding clinical care.

OVER RECENT YEARS THE PRACTICE HAS WORKED HARD TO MAINTAIN AND IMPROVE APPOINTMENT AVAILABILITY BY EMPLOYING MORE DOCTORS AND INCREASING OUR HOURS OF OPENING

We have introduced an automated telephone appointment booking system. Please note that in order to use this system we need to have your correct contact telephone details and date of birth on our computer system. This system allows patients to book, cancel, check or change a GP appointment 24 hours per day 7 days per week.
